Absolute trash service. I booked my slot for 10 a.m. sharp. The day before, the receptionist hits me up and is like, Hey, can you swing by 9:30? So I'm like, Bet Big mistake. I get there, freezing my butt off, knocking on locked doors. Crickets. No one's there. And then I check the app — my appointment's just poof, gone. Deleted. Super bad vibes. Never again.
