Our experience with Arman Tour was unfortunately extremely disappointing. The tour did not follow the schedule and timings that had been promised at the time of booking. The agreed timeframes were repeatedly not respected, and the overall organization was far below what had been advertised. A particularly serious issue was the lack of necessary restroom breaks. When we asked for a toilet stop during the journey, our request was initially not taken seriously, and we felt that we were even laughed at by the driver. This created a very uncomfortable and distressing situation during the trip. The driver’s conduct was, in our opinion, highly unprofessional. Extremely loud music was played for extended periods during the drive, despite repeated requests from passengers to reduce the volume. This led to arguments and tension during the journey. In addition, we observed that the driver was at times driving without both hands on the steering wheel and moving or dancing to the rhythm of the music while driving. On faster roads, the vehicle was, in our view, occasionally steered in a weaving or slalom-like manner, which caused serious concerns regarding passenger safety. Furthermore, several seat belts in the vehicle were not functioning properly. Other passengers also expressed complaints about both the condition of the vehicle and the driver’s behavior.
